Bee Charis Pilates classes are suited for everybody and every body. Everyone will deepen their practice by honing essential skills and progressing towards the more advanced skills. Each session will help you feel more in control of your own body in your daily life.
Training Options
GROUP MATWORK CLASSES
45 minutes | £12 Pay as You Go | £40 4-Class Course PROMOTION
Our group classes are a brilliant option for all clients that wish to deepen their Pilates practice with expert instruction on the precision and technique of every movement. The friendly, fun group environment is a great opportunity to socialize and BEE PLAYFUL whilst also lowering your cost.
Clients will supply their own mat, hand towel prop and water (visit our Shop), and that’s all you need!
All matwork sessions take place at various community locations and can be booked at the client’s convenience dependent on availability.
SEMIPRIVATE MATWORK CLASSES
45 minutes | £15 Pay as You Go | £56 4-Class Course
Our semiprivate class sizes are capped and leverage small equipment – mini balls, weighted balls, magic circles, foam rollers, bands, etc. – for clients to develop alignment and enhance technique in their matwork repertoire. Dependent on client demand, these classes are also available for special populations (e.g. Pre and Post Natal).
Clients will supply their own mat, hand towel prop and water (visit our Shop), and other small equipment is provided by the studio.*
All matwork sessions take place at various community locations and can be booked at the client’s convenience dependent on availability.
PRIVATE STUDIO SESSIONS
60 minutes | £60 Pay as You Go | £240 4-Session Course
Our studio sessions allow clients individualized focus and class plans to enhance their technique. Lessons are either one-to-one or two-to-one instruction leveraging the full range of matwork, small equipment and Pilates apparatus. All equipment is provided by the studio.*
Our duet sessions are a great opportunity to team up with a friend or family member to BEE PLAYFUL whilst lowering your cost.
All private sessions take place in our Audlem studio and can be booked at the client’s convenience dependent on availability.
ONLINE MATWORK CLASSES
30 minutes | £8 Pay as You Go
At Bee Charis, we understand your life sometimes pulls you in different directions and you simply cannot make it to face-to-face classes. Our Zoom and video-on-demand streaming classes are designed to be a short top-up and shake-up of your Pilates practice with new, exciting exercises conveniently available for you to playback over a 24-hour period. Why not set aside a half hour in your day to BEE KIND to yourself?
Clients will supply their own mat, props and water (visit our Shop).
Online classes can be booked at the client’s convenience dependent on availability throughout the year. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your individual needs.
* For studio sessions and matwork equipment classes where small equipment and Pilates apparatus will be supplied, clients will be required to follow the Bee Charis equipment policy noted in our Terms and Conditions. Briefly, clothing must be free of any materials or embellishments that may damage the equipment (e.g. zippers, buckles, buttons, studs, etc.), skin and hair must be free of any products that may damage the equipment (e.g. jewelry, self-tanner, sun lotion, glitter, etc.), and long hair must be tied back.
